This is almost the same as Plum Organics- Cherry, Sweet Corn & Greek Yogurt
12-15 Bing Cherries frozen or fresh
3/4 cup of corn frozen
1 banana
1 apple
Greek Yogurt
Place the corn and cherries in a thick bottomed pan, with some apple juice. Simmer for 20 min, then and a peeled and chop apple, simmer for 10- 15 more min and let cool.
I use an Emerson blender.
Add the cooked stuff into the blender bowl, straining of excess juice and toss in the banana and a heaping scoop of yogurt.
Blend and fill your Squeeze bags. It fills about 4 bags.
Not suitable for freezing in ice cube trays because of the banana
